Most of you know by now that the show on May 22nd was our final show.
First, Charles and I want to thank our audience for faithful attendance, help with supplies, help with firewood, help with building and your loving support.
Second, we want to thank the Bugg Family and the rest of the musicians who have shared our dream and sacrificed to help make it possible.
Third, this is the last thing any of us wanted when we started this dream with Everett five years ago. However, over the last year especially, we have not been able to achieve the 150 mark in attendance which is what we need on a regular basis to meet monthly overhead of insurance, port-a-pots, electricity, supplies and advertising, not to mention building repairs, cleaning and maintenance.
We still hope that there will be a miracle, and we will be able to do those things we need to have to bring the Opry back. So keep the faith and we'll keep your addresses!
